Reformer Pilates is a form of exercise that utilises a specialised piece of equipment called the Reformer. This unique apparatus consists of a carriage that moves back and forth along tracks, resistance springs, and adjustable bars and straps. By harnessing the power of spring resistance, Reformer Pilates offers a low-impact yet highly effective full-body workout.

CLASSIC REFORMER FOR ME?
If you want to improve your alignment, posture, flexibility, co-ordinations, mobility & deep core strength then this is your class.
WHAT IS BODYBYRULE REFORMER?
Our core workout is pilates inspired allowing you to find a stronger version of yourself. We use slow and controlled movements targeting the small muscle groups and working them to failure. The name of the game is form and precision.
IS IT FOR ME?
If you want a workout that challenges and changes your body then this is your class.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Working with one of our highly skilled teachers in a 1-1 session is the most effective way to focus on your unique needs, and personal goals. The session is 100% about you so you will be able to work specially on what you and your body needs.

A Private session is perfect if you want to develop your pilates practice whilst addressing your specific needs and goals.
